So far, I could not be happier. My mouse mat has only been in service for a few weeks so I can't comment on longevity. The edge stitching will prevent the edges fraying. The image quality and resolution is exactly as I intended.

I wasn't honestly expecting much with this but thought why not giving it a try, there is a few things I wish I did differently with the placement of some of the logos and some other things like mixing the two mouse pads into each others colours so it would look cleaner. And choosing a slightly thicker (I got the 2mm) version of the mouse pad, also I wish I didn't put an opacity on the mouse pad since it's come out a little darker than it looked on the customizing page but that's my fault. Other than that honestly it's a pleasant surprise and the quality is really nice, I was using a Corsair mousepad before this and a random big pad from amazon for my keyboard and it just looks way better now. Might get some more in the future as gifts or try the different things I mentioned above.

Super impressed with how this mat came out, it's a joy to glide over and feels well made with good quality print. Had it over a year and the only issue is that the darker parts show scratches more visibly, however a lot of these can be rubbed and smoothed out. No issues with the print quality, my image was even under resolution but it still came out fine. Also if I recall correctly shipping and packaging was perfect, arrived quickly despite being a custom design and came in a nice soft case. Some other users complained of a smell from the print but for me it was only very faint and soon disappeared altogether. Very happy so thank you ID Gaming!

Print quality is good and is pleasant to play on. Used it in many games to test out and found it had a nice consistent glide with good control. The only thing I would change is maybe making it a mm thicker as it isn't as plush as other mousepads. Overall amazing.

What can I say? Honestly, I’m in love with this product. The company were ace - let me change my mind re sizing and let me upgrade after I’d ordered. Great communication whilst waiting for delivery - I would say it took a week from ordering to being on my desk - and the quality is superb.
