You will receive an email from us after production to confirm your product has been dispatched to you, along with a tracking number. Currently we do not provide updates during our production timeline but this is something we are looking to do in the future.
No problem! Just send us an email quoting your order number to email@example.com with your design attached. If you're attachment is a little on the larger size, we recommend using a file transfer service e.g. WeTransfer to send it to our email address.
Of course! As long as your pad isn't already in production, we can accept a new design. To find out, just email it over to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
About Our Pads
All our pads use a micro-woven cloth and a rubber base. On our RGB models, all pads use plastic parts and stitching.
100% No! All of our pads are produced and shipped from the UK.
We recommend using a small amount of alcohol solution and blotting the pad. Please be aware that ink WILL BE REMOVED because of abrasion, so any damage done to your pad due to incorrect methods is not covered under our returns policy.

We cannot print any trademarked or copyrighted work without permission. We will not print any content that defames or vilifies any person, people, race, religion or religious group and/or is obscene, pornographic, indecent, harassing, threatening, harmful, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable.
Our services are worldwide! We know our pads are the best on the market, and we're committed to getting them to you, wherever you are in the world.
Once dispatched, orders to the UK usually arrive within 2 working days. For destinations outside of the UK, please allow up to 10 working days from dispatch for your order to arrive.
Returns and exchanges
Once we start production on a custom order, we cannot cancel it and the sale is final. If you want to cancel an order, please let us know right away. If we have not started on production, we may be able to fulfil your request, however, we sometimes can start working on an order the same day it is being placed.
If your product is faulty, please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Due to the custom nature of the product, all refunds and returns are handled on a case by case basis.
