Ordering the mat was nice and easy. It arrived fairly quickly and was well packaged. The quality overall is great. HOWEVER... when uploading the design, you are told to keep the important parts of the image within the red box, otherwise you might lose some details when the mat is cut. I would recommend leaving even more space than is suggested by the red box. As you can see from the images, it is cropped very close. The iD Colossus mat worked better than the iD Precision - this actually lost some of the image as can be seen in my review of that mat. Final verdict: good quick service, good quality, but leave more space than they tell you within the red box otherwise you might lose some of the design.

Easily 5/5 i made my first custom mousepad and i promise ... the quality in this site of every product it might seems good but there is a huge BUT , the quality in person it excedeed the photos and the expectations by a LOT . I really enjoyed how the mousepad came out once it arrived at my house! The colors really pop on here, the design is clear, and the surface is perfect to move my mouse around. The only thing that’s missing is I thought it was just a bit smaller than I thought, but it’s still plenty of space to move around in. I’m still happy with my custom mousepad!
