Ordered a custom mousemat on black Friday sales. Came super quick and was exactly what I wanted, quality of the print was much better than I expected. If I was being super picky I would say the mat felt thinner than previous mat I brought from the same shop but it's held up well with no issues .

My previous mousepad from another company started to warp quite badly and needed replacing, I bought a mousepad from here for a friend and I liked the quality, so I decided to try out a custom one, recreating the design from my old mousepad in a landscape setting. This mousepad/deskpad has fantastic quality, and is super vibrant and detailed! Exactly what I hoped for, I couldn't be happier. I hope it lasts a very long time! I've noticed some people leaving reviews of theirs not being great quality, so for anybody that may want to know, my design was 4266x2560 at 300dpi and looks perfect. Super happy.

I don' t usually go out of my way to give reviews however this company did such an amazing job I had to. They are a small company yet have the quality of giant companies. I created my mousepad on Photoshop then uploaded it to their website, with the largest size being the one I wanted. The quality is amazing, the pad is high quality and the colours are perfect. It's all I could ask for and much more, Everyone should order from here! If you haven't already, don't doubt them due to being a small company. Make sure the picture you upload is high quality however. 4k works best.

The oder was placed on 20th Sept but arrived 30th November, this however is no bad reflection on ID Gaming, and should in no way put people off, due to a machine failure and replacment waiting time the delivery period was somewhat extended. During this time however constant updates were provided by a courteous helpful team. The mat itself looks awesome no distorted pixelated deviation in the picture provided. The mat is robust and performs as expected, and looks great with it. Waiting time and delivery time gets C- but the product and customer care get an A+++ Thanks team I will be ordering again and recommending to friends.

Turned out exactly as I imagined which is great! You get a high quality mousepad that is very smooth with your custom image printed onto it. The print is very colorful and I have no complaints at all, it came in a nice bag and bow which made it seem really high quality. People have pointed out that the mousepad has a strong smell, whilst it is noticable it fades quickly and I don't feel the need to wash it. Communication needs to be improved though - originally uploaded an image with an error on it and wanted it to be changed so I contacted through email on the websites contact form and through my own email. After 4 days I had no reply to my email question. I also contacted IDGaming through Facebook Messenger where I recieved a reply, confusion about why my email hasn't been replied yet. I thought since someone saw my Messenger post that I would get a reply the next day to my emails and I didn't. I contacted them again to cancel my order as I was starting to feel like I was being scammed which isn't a good look. When I was cancelling I was told my emails were sent to their spam folder, I will believe this but I'm not completely convinced, why are other reviews also saying bad communication and some even saying the communication is great... that their emails were replied to? Also I was told my product had been marked for me to be contacted just before production to correct the image, but I was not told anything about it being marked until I was cancelling, if I was told this I wouldn't have felt the need to possibly cancel and think I was being scammed. After cancelling I decided to upload the correct image and give them another chance because I really wanted a custom mousepad and had no problems. Overall the product is really nice and I do recommend purchasing one, just make sure you upload the correct image otherwise you might need to try contacting them on social media. That's an idea for IDGaming also, allow people to change their designs on your site after uploading. Thanks IDGaming for the fantastic mousepad, I will definately buy another one in the future.
